Director of Client Services and Operations Heather is a licensed title agent in both PA and NJ, with over 20 years experience handling residential and commercial real estate transactions. Formerly Title Officer and Head paralegal for a Philadelphia law firm, she is extremely knowledgeable in the relocation process, preparing and amending agreements, negotiating contracts and completing settlements. |

In addition, he has been counsel to a bank and a mortgage company. Richard is a graduate of Gettysburg College and Temple University Law School. He and his wife reside in in Glenside. |
